By using the services and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

1. Order & Delivery

1.1 Any order received before 12pm (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00) from Monday to Saturday, the delivery will be made on the same working day or a specific day requested by customer.

1.2 Any order received after 12pm (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00) from Monday to Saturday, the delivery will be made on the next working day from 9.30am onwards or a specific day requested by customer.

1.3 All orders received on Sunday or Public holiday, the delivery will be made on the next working day or a specific day requested by customer.

1.4 Delivery service only applicable for purchase of RM100 and above.

1.5 For delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays, please place your order at least 2 Days in advance.
If any Urgent Order(e.g Wreath / Condolences Flower) to be sent on Sunday or Public Holiday, kindly call us at 03-56352133, 016-2103103 to arrange for delivery.

1.6 During Peak / Festive Season (e.g Valentine’s day & Mother’s day), availability of delivery service are limited and base on first come first serve basis only. Therefore it is highly recommended to place your order as early as possible to avoid any delays.

1.7 We do not commit and guarantee any fixed time delivery during Peak / Festive Season (e.g Valentine’s day & Mother’s day)

1.8 Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct, updated and that someone is available to receive the flower. In the event that the recipient is not around, we will contact the recipient / Sender to rearrange the delivery with extra redelivery charges.

1.9 For all orders for wreaths or sympathy flowers, please confirm the departure date & time of the funeral, this to ensure the wreath deliver on time and does not arrive after the funeral proceedings.

2.0 We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example a strike, extreme weather, a flood or fire. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.

2. Delivery Charges

2.1 There will be a delivery charges from RM15.00 and above for all delivery to areas outside from the free delivery zones.

3. Prices and Online Payment

3.1 Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Due to an increase in cost of fresh flowers during Valentine Season (1st – 15th February), all affected orders placed for delivery between 1st– 15th February will be subjected to an increase in price. Roses & Lilies deliveries on this period will be based on the new price or replace with other flowers, regardless of order placed before the price change.

3.3 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

3.4 Our website uses MOL Pay to process online payments.

We accept:

a) Credit Card payments via Visa and Mastercard.
b) Internet Banking online transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, ect).

4. Returns and Replacement

4.1 Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.

5. Cancellation and Refund

5.1 Any cancellation of order after confirmation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the confirmed order. We will refund the balance of your cancellation within 14 working days and make known to you when we do. Orders that are already prepared, delivered or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded

5.2 For refunds to customers due to the recipient address is not under our delivery coverage area, and we have a transaction charge of 5% of the purchase price. As such refunds will be paid back to the customer at purchasing price less 5%.

5.3 There will be no refund under following circumstances:

a) Address given by sender is wrong or incomplete, so orders could not be sent.
b) There is no recipient contact number (handphone) given by the sender, and no one is at home at time of delivery.
c) The recipient has moved house or moved office and cannot be contacted.
d) The recipient switches off her/his handphone and is not at home or at the office at time of delivery.
e) The recipient refuses to accept the flowers because of her/his own personal problem with the sender.
f) The recipient stays in a condominium and the guard does not allow driver to go in and does not want to receive the flowers on behalf of recipient.

6. Copyright

6.1 All Photo / Image of Flower Arrangement of this site is the exclusive property of De Anthus Florist and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.

7. Substitution

7.1 De Anthus Florist reserves the right to make subsitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 De Anthus Florist reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse and reject any orders.

8.2 We may change this terms and conditions at any time without notice.
