Return & Refund Policy

At De Anthus, we take pride in crafting floral arrangements that speak your heart. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns


Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Fully damaged or wilted flowers upon arrival
  • Incorrect item delivered (e.g., wrong bouquet or arrangement)
  • Delivery to the wrong address due to our error

Proof Required

To process a refund or replacement, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A clear photo of the product received
  • Your order number and delivery details
  • A brief description of the issue

Replacement vs. Refund

  • If eligible, we will first offer a replacement arrangement at no extra cost.
  • If a replacement is not feasible, a partial refund will be issued depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures)
  • The recipient refuses to accept the flowers
  • The recipient has moved house or moved office and cannot be contacted.

Cancellation of Order

We understand that plans can change. However, once an order is placed, cancellations will incur a 50% surcharge of the total order value.

Please note:

  • Once an order is in processing, prepared, dispatched, or delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Cancellations are strictly not permitted during the Valentine’s season (1st – 15th February) due to high demand and advance scheduling.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
